چکیده

Increased patient demands for highly esthetic implant superstructure in the anterior zone has increased inthe last decades. Moreover, absence of periodontal ligament supported prosthesis causes forces tobe transferred without cushioning effect to alveolar bone, resulting marginal bone loss (MBL) andinfluence heath peri-implant tissue. Evaluate available evidence on andit consequences satisfaction, MBL, bleeding probing (BOP) and depth (PD). A protocol ofelectronic hand research was performed English based researches comparing implants inserted estheticzone with all ceramic superstructure: “Will use different types show differentesthetic loss, depth? Thirteen publicationsfrom one thousand hundred sixteen studies were included. This systematic review showed that allceramic a versatile treatment option higher satisfaction bettercolor mucous especially patients having thin biotype. On other there wasn’t significantdifference PD BOP compared conventional superstructure. More randomized controlledclinical trials bigger samples are needed confirm our findings. Peri-implant soft tissue conditioning with provisional restorations in the esthetic zone: the dynamic compression technique.

An optimal esthetic implant restoration is a combination of a visually pleasing prosthesis and surrounding peri-implant soft tissue architecture. This article introduces a clinical method, the dynamic compression technique, of conditioning soft tissues around bone-level implants with provisional restorations in the esthetic zone. The technique has several goals: to establish an adequate emergen...

Immediate placement of dental implants in the esthetic zone: a systematic review and pooled analysis.

BACKGROUND Research interest on immediate placement of dental implants has shifted from implant survival toward optimal preservation of soft and hard tissues. The aim of this study is to systematically assess the condition of implant survival, peri-implant hard and soft tissue changes, esthetic outcome, and patient satisfaction of immediately placed single-tooth implants in the esthetic zone. ...

Ridge expansion and immediate implant placement in the esthetic zone.

Implant placement and tooth restoration in the maxillary esthetic zone is challenging. In the case reported here, the treatment site was tooth # 8, which had been extracted one year previously. Available bone in three dimensions was evaluated by computerized tomography. The bucco-lingual bone width at the crest was 3 mm to 4 mm wide, an inadequate width for implant placement. Ridge expansion wa...

PURPOSE This case series evaluated the peri-implant tissue response following extraction and immediate placement and restoration of an implant in conjunction with subepithelial connective tissue grafting (SCTG) and bone grafting in the esthetic zone. Implant success rates and the peri-implant tissue response were also reported. METHODS AND MATERIALS Ten patients (four men, six women) with a m...
